RingFit USA will host their first annual weight loss challenge starting on January 2nd, 2014. It will be an 8-week long program consisting of specially developed RingFit classes, weekly weigh-ins, meal program and RingFit seminars. RingFit USA's first annual South Florida 8-week weight loss challenge will be $200 dollars and will cover all classes, seminars, diet plans and weigh-ins will be located at the RingFit gym. RingFit is easily found off of SR84 just East of Flamingo road. They have a wide variety of class times ranging from 6:30am to 8:30pm.
