ACMP Announces Inaugural Global Conference on Leading Change

LOVELAND, Colo., Sept. 30, 2010 — The Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) announced the inaugural global conference on change leadership and best practices in change management to be held in Orlando, Florida on May 1-4, 2011. The event is designed to bring together authors, experts and professionals in the field of change leadership. Leaders from across the globe will join to share success stories, learn best practices and network.

Co-hosted by Prosci, the 2011 ACMP Global Conference (formerly the Prosci Global Conference) will provide a rare opportunity to hear from the most recognized experts in change management. The event will include an inaugural keynote address by Harvard Business School Professor John P. Kotter, author of "Our Iceberg is Melting" and "Leading Change" and founder of Kotter International. Dr. Kotter and Kotter International work with organizations around the globe to guide, educate, and inspire people to become better change leaders, to successfully transform organizations and to drive remarkable results.

Day 2 of the conference will open with a special keynote presentation by Daryl R. Conner, author of "Managing at the Speed of Change" and "Leading at the Edge of Chaos." Conner is an internationally recognized leader in organizational change and serves as an advisor and mentor to senior executives around the globe.

About the Host

Formed in 1994, Prosci is a recognized leader in change management research, working with more than 2000 organizations from 65 countries.
