How Apostolic Constitutions of the Catholic Church Will Apply to the Successor of Benedict XVI, According to Holy See Press Office

VATICAN CITY, March 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — The following is a statement from the Press Office of The Holy See of the Most Ancient & Venerable Hasidean Catholic Church.

The world has recently learned a new phrase: "Apostolic Constitution." These are documents, changeable if pertaining to discipline, but unchangeable when defining matters of Faith. Most people born after the 1960s may be unaware of the fact that the modern Church, known as the "Roman Catholic Church," supplanted all of the Sacramental Rites of the Catholic Church with a New Order of Mass, and a New Order of the Sacraments, by 1969; which are used by all of the clergy of the mainstream "Roman Catholic Church," today; but which are invalid, according to the unchangeable Apostolic Constitutions of Popes and Councils, including Pope St. Pius V, issued centuries before the Second Vatican Council.

Not only are the New Sacraments invalid; but the dogmatic Apostolic Constitution "Cum Ex Apostolatus Officio" issued by Pope Paul IV on 15 February 1559, has been completely ignored. There are those that say that these documents are no longer binding, but that they have been replaced by the "Code of Canon Law." However, no "Code of Canon Law," can ever supersede a dogmatic pronouncement. To put this simply: To say that an Apostolic Constitution that defines a matter of dogma can be superseded by a "Code of Canon Law," is rather like saying, in terms of the secular laws of the United States, that a City Ordinance can legally supersede the U.S. Constitution. If such is not legal in secular Law, much less would it be possible in Ecclesiastical Law, where an Apostolic Constitution defining a dogma is held to be an act of papal infallibility, drafted and executed with the guidance of the Holy Ghost, and commanding the assent of the Faithful.

Among other things, the Apostolic Constitution of Pope Paul IV, infallibly declares: "if it shall ever occur at any time that…any Cardinal…, or even the Roman Pontiff…, has departed from the Catholic Faith or fallen into some heresy: the promotion or elevation, even if it shall have been uncontested and by the unanimous assent of all the Cardinals, shall be null, void and worthless; it shall not be possible for it to acquire validity…; it shall not be held as partially legitimate in any way…; those thus promoted or elevated shall be deprived automatically, and without need for any further declaration, of all dignity, position, honour, title, authority, office and power."

Christ said: "A good tree cannot yield evil fruits, neither an evil tree yield good fruits…Therefore by their fruits you shall know them." What type of fruits has the mainstream "Roman Catholic Church" produced?

Halfway across the world, in the United States, the true successor of St. Peter is already reigning over the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church—that is, the Hasidean Catholic Church, which upholds ALL of the historical teachings and practices of the Church, going back to the practices of Christ and the Apostles. His Holiness, Pope Athanasius I, of the Hasidean Catholic Church, will address, in detail, during the Papal General Audience scheduled for Sunday, March 17th at 3:00 p.m. Pacific, the Apostolic Constitution "Cum Ex Apostolatus Officio," its applicability to the mainstream "Roman Catholic Church," and the ramifications this document may have in regards to the prosecution of cases of sexual abuse of children by "Roman Catholic" clergy, and other criminal and civil cases. Details can be found on the Holy See Press Office website: www.PopeAthanasius.org. Information on the last Pope, prophesied by St. Malachy, can also be found on this website.
