RESTON, Va., Nov. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — Ardent Eagle JV, LLC (Ardent) announced today that it was awarded the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Agile Architecture and Design Services (AADS) Task Order under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions II (EAGLE II) contracting vehicle Functional Category 1, small business HUBZone Track. The EAGLE II program is a DHS agency-wide, $22 billion contract vehicle. USCIS AADS is approximately $32 million, 4.5-year task order on this vehicle in which Ardent will provide IT Program Management and Professional Services Support for definition, governance and design of multiple systems in the USCIS department.
The purpose of this requirement is standardization of systems architecture at USCIS while simplifying and creating flexible, nimble code development capacity in an agile methodology environment. This will allow USCIS to leverage investments across the agency and speed the pace of new development and productivity in the face of the growing demands on the agency.
