These two renowned and respected appraisal organizations are excited to be offering three days of detailed, content-rich real property programming which will allow appraisers from both organizations to meet, network and share educational content during the two distinct conferences.

"ASA is very excited about the outstanding programs which will be offered in Las Vegas at the 2015 IAC," says Wm. P (Bill) Wilson III, FASA, CRP, CG-002. As Chairman of ASA's Real Property Committee, Wilson adds, "These great programs became possible due to the collaborative efforts of NAIFA and ASA's Real Property discipline. It is not often that one will have the opportunity to attend so many exceptional programs in one great location; plus what a great time of year to be in Vegas."

"NAIFA is thrilled to partner with ASA's Real Property discipline to provide continuing education and networking opportunities for both organizations' members," commented Nena W. Henderson, IFA, NAIFA National President. "While each organization has a slightly different focus, we have worked together to create a program of shared interest and value for all. We know it will be one of the "can't miss" events of 2015 and we look forward to seeing everyone in Las Vegas in October!"

Educational sessions will address relevant and timely issues facing real property appraisers and assessors. Topics of discussion include hedonic regression analysis and its uses in real estate appraising; preparing and presenting expert valuation testimony by an outstanding trial attorney; growing your appraisal practice by adding litigation support work; secrets to hotel and casino valuation; Veteran's Affairs news and an update on Fannie Mae by its director of Property Valuation and Eligibility.
