At 38, Lauren was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer one week prior to her final divorce court date. She was given a 50% chance of survival. Lauren penned her way through this ordeal which resulted in the Amazon best-seller: HEARING HIS WHISPER. Lauren’s curiosity for human behavior and interaction began as a youth as she studied the works of Leo Buscaglia. She then received a BS in Journalism/Psychology followed by 18 years of intensive extended education and practice in the area of anxiety relief and stress reduction. At the time of the diagnosis Lauren’s business, “Faith and Fitness” utilized her training as a second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do along with other stress relief practices and techniques she gained throughout 18 years of research and study. In her Faith and Fitness business, Lauren guided adults into the experience of emotional, physical and spiritual well-being and inner balance.
