UC Charting Solutions is an Aventur Partners Company and the developer of ProMentum. In 2011, our co-founder, Dr. Richard Lieberman (“Dr. Rich”), an accomplished multi-location Urgent Care owner and provider, came to the team at UC Charting Solutions stating that he had looked at all of the potential EHR software solutions available and determined that they were all far too complicated due to numerous tabs, checkboxes, drop downs and unfamiliar interfaces, and they would most definitely slow down his practice. The tradeoff presented a conundrum. He just couldn’t afford to reduce his patient volume to adopt an EHR since the success of an Urgent Care practice is dependent on volume. Dr. Rich indicated that he wanted an EHR solution that would allow him to chart as quickly and efficiently as he was able to on paper and keep up with his practice’s patient volume. Our team set out to develop a system that would satisfy the needs of a busy Urgent Care practice. ProMentum was born. UC Charting Solutions’ goal was to design the fastest and simplest charting solution in the EHR industry. The result was an Urgent Care specific EHR application that allows providers to chart faster than any other EHR system. Since our first “go-live” date in 2011, we have perfected and continue to improve the ProMentum solution so that it satisfies the strictest desires of the busiest Urgent Care practices.
