Trends in Tactical Networking, edited by R.S. Ramanujan and J.A.K. Baker, was named a Winner in the Internet category. Developing Computer Systems Requirements, authored by J.A.K. Baker and K.J. Thurber, was also a Winner in the Education category and a finalist in the Business General category.
