SALT LAKE CITY, July 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Cafe Rio Mexican Grill announced their new partnership with No Kid Hungry® to support the non-profit organization's mission to end childhood hunger in America. To kick off the initial year-long partnership, the company is launching a promotion in July and participating in Dine Out for No Kid Hungry in September. Their goal is to raise $100,000 by the end of the year.

In celebration of two July Cafe Rio grand openings, they will launch a month-long campaign staring July 1. For every kid's meal purchased, Cafe Rio will donate $1 to No Kid Hungry, up to $10,000. They will also host a one-day fundraising effort, July 22, in all 81 locations across the country for people to donate in restaurant or online. 100% of the donations collected will be given to the organization. July 22 marks the opening of their new restaurant in West Jordan, Utah, and July 29 is the second opening in Phoenix, Arizona.
