SACRAMENTO, Calif., Jan. 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — The California Bankers Association (CBA), one of the largest state banking trade associations, has entered a new strategic partnership with Data Center Inc. (DCI), the privately-owned developer of iCore360® core banking software and related technologies, to be the association's endorsed core technology provider for its members. DCI is the latest addition among CBA's list of strategic partners in several banking-related service categories, but the endorsement of a core technology provider is a first for the CBA.

"We selected DCI for this endorsement because they have an established track record of proven technology for banks, and their products and services are developed, delivered and supported by hundreds of highly trained banking professionals and technicians with certified expertise," said CBA President and CEO Rodney Brown.

DCI is a well-regarded and established core bank technology company, serving hundreds of community banks nationwide, with several clients as owners, board members and user group leaders. Headquartered in Hutchinson, Kan., DCI has data centers in California and several other states, and has won multiple awards for its work and expertise.

"I highly recommend DCI to any bank," said Jeff Ball, President of Friendly Hills Bank in Whittier, Calif., immediate past chairman of the CBA and longtime DCI client. "For our bank, DCI was an obvious decision based on the quality and flexibility of their iCore360 software and the personal relationships they create. They're professional, capable and responsive no matter what size bank you are."

John Jones, DCI president and CEO, said, "We are very proud of this strategic partnership and endorsement with the CBA. They are a quality organization and this is high recognition of the unique difference and value we can bring to more California bankers looking to upgrade their entire core experience."
