GRAFTON, Wis., March 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — Cedarburg Pharmaceuticals, Inc. today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Albany Molecular Research Inc., a global contract research and manufacturing organization. The transaction is expected to close in early April 2014.
