Central and Southern Ohio Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (CSOHIMSS) Announces Fall Conference "Data! – What is it good for?"

CINCINNATI, Sept. 23, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — The Central and Southern Ohio chapter of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (CSOHIMSS), announced its fall conference titled "Data! – What is it good for?"  It will be held on October 24, 2014 at the UC Health Drake Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Conference attendees will be treated to a number of high-caliber speakers who are highly respected in their field.  Focusing on data and the use of analytics in healthcare, the day will be kicked off by Lorren Pettit, Vice President, Market Research, HIMSS Analytics, and be concluded with a CIO panel.  Ajay Sharma, this year's Program Chair, said, "We aim for a balanced approach during our events between vendor solutions and provider case studies for our speaker presentations.
