Calvo to host a special 6-course prix fixe dinner at her acclaimed namesake restaurant in celebration of this milestone
MIAMI, April 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Next month culinary mastermind and brainchild of all things Maximum Flavor, Chef Adrianne Calvo, will host her 6 year anniversary party dinner at her restaurant, Chef Adrianne's Vineyard Restaurant and Wine Bar. The event will take place on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at 7PM. The celebration will feature a 6-course meal highlighting some of Calvo's favorite dishes at the restaurant.

The $75 prix fixe dinner includes: Crispy Gouda with Raspberry Reduction for an appetizer, Oysters Rockefeller for a second course, a Sweet Corn Tamalito and Grilled Shrimp with Scallion and Chipotle. Also, a Blue Fin Tuna and Ponzu Aioli, with shaved cucumber, jalapeno, and micro cilantro. For a fifth course guests will enjoy a surf and turf, maximum flavor style! A 24-hour braised prime short rib and a butter poached Australian lobster tail, with potatoes robouchon and crispy kale. Since no meal is complete without dessert, Chef Adrianne will prepare a decadent dark chocolate Nutella croissant bread pudding a la mode.
Guests attending the celebration will also enjoy complimentary cocktails throughout the evening from Diplomatico, a premium Venezuelan rum recognized around the world for its many awards.
