Cloud Media Announces Partnership with U Media Group and PPTV to Offer UTV, the Premium Chinese TV and Movie Service for North America

Leveraging PPTV's new ATN OTT service based on Microsoft's Windows Azure cloud service, UTV brings live and video-on-demand programming to monthly subscribers in the United States and Canada. The partnership between the three companies marks the first launch of an OTT solution utilizing Windows Azure.

UTV offers subscribers access to Asia's most well-known movies and TV series. There are over 70 live channels including Hunan TV, Jiangsu TV, Guangdong TV, and Dragon TV. Watch the latest content via the live channels or past programming with the convenient on demand library. The lineup includes hundreds of popular programs and a variety of genres ranging from motorsports to martial arts, from life style to food and travel.
