Back by popular demand is their gourmet hot chocolate made from scratch with a blend of Kakao Berlin dark and milk chocolate, cream, espresso, sea salt, and marshmallow fluff made in-HAUS.

Fall flavors:
- Grapefruit, Tarragon and Gin: made with fresh organic grapefruit, tarragon and Adirondack gin from upstate New York (cocktail inspired)
- Mocha Marcona Almond: coffee ice cream with a salty fudge swirl and marcona almonds (a play on mocha almond fudge)
- Avocado: made with organic avocados and sea salt
- Dad's Secret Stash: scotch spiced ice cream with M&Ms, marshmallow, and smoked salt
- Pear Vanilla: fresh organic sweet pears infused with tahitian vanilla bean
- Fruity Pebble Cookies are like Rice Krispie treats with Fruity Pebbles
- Pumpkin Cookies with cream cheese frosting and candy corn

Coolhaus hot chocolate and HAUS-made marshie is available in all shops and trucks. A hot beverage service can also be ordered for private events.
