For every new customer or renewal made in the month of September, CHBO will donate $1 to Clinica Verde.
Clinica Verde is an environmentally sustainable, not-for-profit health clinic for women and children living in poverty in Nicaragua. The clinic's mission is to create a global prototype for an environmentally sustainable health clinic for disadvantaged women and children.
CHBO's CEO, Kimberly Smith, says she believes the clinic showcases social entrepreneurialism at its best and that's why CHBO is helping to raise awareness and funds for the organization.

Individuals can either renew their existing property listings or register new property listings during the month of September and CHBO will automatically make a $1 donation to Clinica Verde for each transaction. Also, customers can help spread the word about the promotion by sharing CHBO with friends and family — which can easily be done through social media.
