The Corporate Whistleblower Center says, "We are especially interested in hearing from employees of DOD subcontractors who have the following types of information about waste, fraud, or overbilling the US taxpayers in Afghanistan or Iraq:"
- Subcontractors to the DOD who grossly overbilled for hours involving training of the Afghanistan National Army (ANA), or the Iraq Army. This must be well documented information that is related to something that has occurred within the last four years. Example-A training, or security contractor billed the US Department of Defense for 8000 hours for one month of training, or security when the training or security detail only consisted of 10 trainers, or security contractors.
- Subcontractors to LOGCAP in Afghanistan or Iraq that either did not deliver the equipment, or supplies per the terms of their contract, and or they knowingly withheld information about millions of dollars of stolen equipment or supplies to the DOD.
- Subcontractors to the DOD or other US federal agencies that were under contract to build structures, hospitals, schools, or infrastructure that never completed the work – even though the subcontractor was paid in full – as if the project was completed in Iraq or Afghanistan.
- Subcontractors who paid off/bribed local Afghanistan or Iraq political officials to get preferential treatment on DOD contracts.
