Charity and Volunteer Work

Not only does the company provide industry specific answering service solutions, they are also no strangers to volunteering with outreach programs within their community. This volunteer work is something their Vice President, Jean Pearson, has always held close to her heart, and this gracious behavior has rubbed off on her caring staff as well.

One organization A Courteous Communications has teamed up with for the 3rd consecutive year is the Christian Service Center of Central Florida. On numerous occasions throughout the year, Jean and her staff have volunteered their time at this center to serve meals to the struggling population in Orlando. Another similar outreach program they have been volunteering with for multiple years now is the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida. They also help out at this organization throughout the year to help out families in need of support while their children are being cared for at local hospitals.

Jean talked passionately about her staff and the charity work they have done this year:

"It is an incredible feeling to know that the employees of A Courteous Communications give their time willingly to help others. It is such a blessing to be able to participate and volunteer to help others and have your employees say, 'thank you for the opportunity.'"

A Courteous and Gracious Leader

President and Founder Doris Primicerio is also no stranger to helping out with charitable causes and giving back to her community. This year she not only volunteered with her staff, but has also made charitable donations in her company's name to various organizations including Feeding Children Everywhere, The ALS Association, and the Health Care Center for the Homeless. She also supports anti-bullying campaigns and provides an anonymous bullying hotline for children who have been affected by bullying.

Doris spoke proudly of her company and team:

"As you can see, we focus on our people, here in our city and throughout the nation. The feeling I get when we help the ones closest to us is one of immediate gratification. This was a wonderful year for us and we look forward to 2016."
