Karen is an accomplished, enthusiastic Project Manager with a demonstrated ability to successfully lead the navigation of the program life cycle to achieve project and organizational goals.  Prior to her employment with CSSi, Karen worked as a Project Manager for a major pharmaceutical company and was responsible for overseeing pre-clinical, phase 1, phase 2 and phase 4 studies for the Autoimmune and Rare Disease Business Unit.  Karen is a turnaround expert who ensures stakeholder and customer satisfaction through constant communication and relationship building, producing consistency and quality results.
