DCN, a statewide fiber network serving multiple broadband service providers, will make the Skitter TV platform available to their service provider members, enabling the delivery of a converged mix of television programming to their North Dakota end customers.

With Skitter TV, DCN members will gain access to a compelling array of television programming including national and local channels in packages that will offer customers greater selection at significantly lower costs and the convenience of viewing on a Roku streaming device or similar receiver.
