IKM Krav Maga NY is offering a special free self defense course for women on July 22nd

IKM Krav Maga NY teaches adults, kids, and law enforcement professionals how to better defend themselves from potential attackers. The complimentary class will focus on skills specifically for women living in New York City.

The main theme of this workshop will be self defense. The expert instructors at IKM Krav Maga NY are trained to understand how self defense, mentality, and fitness go hand-in-hand. Participants will come away with the understanding that where and how much force is necessary for different circumstances.
The free class will be held on July 22nd at 250 West 100 St. and is open to any woman age 14 and up. The course will be taught by Shemesh as well as Dawn Nadeau and sign up is available through Mind Body.
