The Motivators' founder, Wyne Ince, comments, "Not to brag nor boast, but to prove a point – yes, I have a couple of degrees, and they have helped me towards achieving my life's goals. I can remember living from paycheck to paycheck and enduring the sweltering heat of summer in an apartment in Brooklyn, not even close to having the money to buy an air conditioner. Things only changed after I earned my Bachelor's degree and began working as a computer programmer. I'm sure that you can understand the point I'm making.

"Today, many students are falling by the wayside, oftentimes for no valid reason. They have the intellectual capacity – that's not the issue. So for quite some time, I thought about this problem, even while lecturing at the City University of New York. And I figured it out. The solution is not earth-shaking, not monumental, no round of applause is necessary! It's in clear view and it's simply 'Direction.'"

Ince continues, "Most students understand the 'HOWs' of learning – things like how to solve textbook problems. However, often tossed to and fro by so many distractions, frequently many of them lose sight of the "WHYs" of an education. They need direction to properly understand the value and impact of a solid education. For example, often what separates the success of one investor from the failure of another is just the 'Right Information,' or proper direction. Likewise, students in middle school, high school and even college need direction to help them maximize their time and capabilities and this is what getSMART is about! You might even call it getSMARTer!"
