eMOBUS Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) Now Certified for Integration with ServiceNow

SAN DIEGO, Sept. 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — eMOBUS today announced it has received certification of its integration with ServiceNow. Certification by ServiceNow signifies that eMOBUS Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) has successfully completed a set of defined tests focused on integration interoperability, security and performance. The certification also ensures best practices are utilized in the design and implementation of the eMOBUS Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) integration with ServiceNow.

eMOBUS' integration with ServiceNow helps IT streamline the support of mobile devices by allowing ServiceNow users to view important wireless carrier information and manage mobile devices through the ServiceNow interface. ServiceNow users can view information such as device model (name, image, ESN/SIM/IMEI, operating system, BYOD status), service capabilities (voice, data, international roaming), upgrade eligibility and contract dates, current usage (mid-billing cycle) and monthly invoice costs. In addition, they can process mobile requests and incidents such as adding/removing international services, resetting voicemail, reporting a device lost/stolen or opening a troubleshooting request.
