Encoda Announces Eileen Harrow to Develop Professional Services Division

PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa., Sep. 29, 2011 — Encoda, a software development company that specializes in patent-pending business intelligence and automated EDI billing solutions for large medical delivery units, has announced that Eileen Harrow will be joining the company as Director of the Professional Services Division, which encompasses client business process consulting, implementation, training and support.

Eileen has more than 30 years of experience in strategic information planning, project management, process reengineering, productivity improvement, software evaluation and implementation. She spent a number of years working across a broad spectrum of industries, first as a consulting manager for Andersen Consulting, and later as the Director of Global Technology Deployment for Arthur Andersen. She also served as a senior consultant for several technology companies including Sungard/SCT and XL Data Comp.

She has managed global projects across hundreds of locations in 89 countries, with budgets as high as $40,000,000.

Eileen received her B.S. in Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, from Villanova University, her Master's in Global Human Resource Development from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and her Master's in Instructional Technology from University of South Florida.

"In the last several months our new software, which is payer and billing system agnostic (it bolts to any billing system and interacts directly with any payer), has captured a lot of attention in the marketplace; we are on a trajectory to double our size in the next six months. We cannot do that with our current organization. The addition of Eileen to our company represents a major investment by Encoda in that future and will also ensure that we maintain the level of responsiveness to our existing client base."

– William Cox, CEO, Encoda

"I am thrilled to be joining Encoda. I have worked for very large companies and startups. My heart has always been with the little guys. Bill Gates used to say the only thing he was afraid of was some unknown 14-year old in a garage somewhere. We are moving out of the garage."

– Eileen Harrow, Director of Professional Services Division, Encoda
