Taylor, formerly Senior Vice President of Regional Market Business Unit at MetLife has been appointed Chief Operating Officer, a newly created position within FastTrack. Taylor will report to Thomas Capato, CEO.

Effective immediately, Taylor will assume responsibility for FastTrack's Career Service Tools, Transitional Service Tools, Occupational Matching Tools & Employability Assessment Verification Tools for product, sales/marketing, and the operations and services organization.
