About the Author
Born in 1924, O'Hagan grew up between many different states, his father a reserve officer and an engineer for the war department. Consequently, he attended five different elementary schools and another five high schools, which allow him to meet various types of people. He then entered the service as a cadet in 1943. After World War II, he worked for a bank, and for 17 years, he pursued that profession. He later became a tax collector for the states and then an enumerator for the census in 1990 and again in 2000, where he was retained for four years doing interviews. He is now retired and currently resides in Sun City West, Ariz. He has been married for 61 great years and he has four children, eight grandchildren and one great-grandson. A Life Worth Living is O'Hagan's first official publication.
