Brian Tobiasz to Manage the New Jersey Expansion

In order to achieve this objective, Gardiner & Theobald has engaged Brian Tobiasz, a proven leader in the field in New Jersey, to serve as Regional Director for the firm's New Jersey office.
Mr. Tobiasz is a 25-year veteran of project and construction management, working for the market's premiere developers and tenants. Most recently, Mr. Tobiasz spent nine years as Senior Vice President of Operations for Avison Young – formerly The Walsh Company. In this position, he was responsible for the growth of the firm to more than 45 employees in three states, and the completion of hundreds of successful projects on behalf of the firm's clients.
Prior to this, Mr. Tobiasz served as Vice President of Construction for Ivy Realty, and previously was Director of Construction for Reckson Associates Realty – New Jersey Division, and began his construction career at Hartz Mountain.
Mr. Tobiasz holds a Degree in Construction Management from New York University. He served in the United States Air Force, and is a graduate of the USAF Military Policy Academy. He is a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson. He and his family reside in Basking Ridge, NJ.

Mr. Perruna is a native to New Jersey and has 13 years of industry experience with more than 6 years of project and cost management experience at Gardiner & Theobald for clients in most major asset classes including commercial office, financial, law, health care, pharmaceutical, insurance and media.
