Gritty New CNN Series Uncovers the Truth About Ordinary Neighbors Who Lead Unconventional Lifestyles

ATLANTA, Sept. 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — "I have always believed that the more we know about each other, the more evolved we become." These are the words of Lisa Ling, creator of the new upcoming series "This is Life." Ling takes us on a journey through the lives of people who act normal in public, but in private lead very different and unusual lives.

One of the major co-stars of this upcoming primetime series will be Taylor B. Jones, a prominent Atlanta, Georgia based author, advocate on the emerging sugar baby lifestyle and lifestyle coach for sugar babies.

Jones has worked with thousands of young women providing education on the growing trend of sugar baby relationships. She helps young women explore the idea of finding mentorship, guidance and financial support from caring sugar daddies.

After being interviewed by Ling, Jones had this to say of her: "She's the consummate professional. I feel that many people, after viewing, will understand the true nature of this lifestyle.

"My philosophy is to help women understand what motivates men to help both partners create mutually agreeable long-term relationships that allow Sugar Babies to experience the lifestyle they want," she says. "I am a woman who has chosen to enhance my life by dating successful men."

It's still quite a new concept, and not everyone makes sense of it yet. Why would a man directly pay for a woman's time unless it was only about sex, right? What other value could there possibly be?

"But it's not that simple. In fact, sugar babies and sugar daddies have never been sexual relationships only, that's what you call a prostitute/john relationship!" Jones says, laughing. "Sugar babies learn and experience the pillars and peaks of life through their relationships. It's an opportunity to learn, grow, experience and sometimes love in a way not otherwise possible through any other kind of relationship. It's a relationship many young women will find highly attractive, especially as this new type of relationship continues to grow in popularity. And to be sure as our society evolves these relationships will flourish."

"Lisa is a seasoned reporter with an unbelievable ability to connect with the people she interviews, issues she examines and the audience she enlightens. CNN is thrilled to have her compelling and fearless storytelling as part of our Original Series line-up," said Amy Entelis, senior vice president of talent and content development for CNN Worldwide.

Viewers will get a rare look into the exotic, sometimes glamorous and thrilling secret lives of their fellow neighbors when the documentary, "This is Life," airs on Sunday, September 28, 10 PM Eastern/Pacific time.
