A Guide to Passionate Living: Author Shares Secrets to Living a More Fulfilling Life

BLOOMINGTON, Ill., July 8, 2010 — Learn to live a life of purpose and peace in "I Hate to Leave on a Cloudy Day: Thoughts and Ideas about Life Garnered From Living It or Let What You Love Define How You Live" (published by iUniverse). Author Gene Larson shares the true story of how he brought new meaning to his life when he embraced his true passions. Gain powerful new insights into leading a happy and fulfilling life through Larson's personal story of self-discovery.

After many years of going down the wrong path, Larson suddenly finds new meaning when he discovers his passions. He became dedicated to supporting the environment through his love for fly-fishing, a hobby that took him to many beautiful locations. He also began to learn more about grace than ever before through his relationship with his golden retriever. And his passion for cooking brought joy to him and his friends and family.

"While no one can go back and redo something they regret, each of us is given the opportunity to move forward day by day. We can see a higher sense of serenity and peace by knowing what makes us who we are," says Larson.

"I Hate to Leave on a Cloudy Day" helps readers find answers and discover passions of their own leading them to higher fulfillment. Larson uses many analogies and metaphors about his passions in life to illustrate his points. Although readers may not have the same interests as Larson, they can still learn to improve their outlook on life by focusing on anything they feel strongly about.

Larson's travel to all 50 states and several foreign countries opened his eyes to new cultures, foods and interests. "I Hate to Leave on a Cloudy Day" also includes insights from several other people that have been a part of Larson's life.
