SPRINGFIELD, N.J., March 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — Hudson Robotics, a leader in laboratory robotics instrumentation, will be exhibiting at the 2014 National Interagency Confederation for Biological Research (NICBR) Spring Research Festival. The Festival will be held May 5-8, 2014 at the Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research, located within the Fort Detrick U.S. Army facility in Frederick, Maryland.

The goals of the Spring Research Festival are to share research with scientists, citizens, and students and to facilitate collaboration between partner agencies. This event will include two seminar sessions, a keynote speaker, and poster sessions. Staff and students will be presenting their research as part of the event.
In addition to the presentations, the event will feature an exhibition including booths from local agencies, educational opportunities, safety and scientific displays, and exhibits from commercial companies highlighting the latest technologies in scientific equipment. The exhibition allows NICBR partners and peers from the local scientific community an opportunity to view new product developments as they transition from the research laboratory to the marketplace.
More than 200 exhibit booths will display state-of-the-art equipment designed to facilitate biomedical research including DNA synthesis, genetic engineering, electrophoresis, cell culture, chromatography, and other applications.
