i-fact@nalysis, Inc. Announces the Opening of the Company's Office in Mumbai, India and the Appointment of Mr. Subhash Wadhawan as the Managing Director

BOSTON, May 22, 2012 — The international investigative and risk consulting firm i-fact@nalysis announced today the opening of the company's office in Mumbai, India and the appointment of Mr. Subhash Wadhawan as the Managing Director for India and the firm's Mumbai office. This is the latest step in i-fact@nalysis, Inc.'s geographic expansion, due to the increased demand for the company's global due diligence solutions, investigation & disputes, compliance, executive protection, computer forensic and risk consulting services.

The Mumbai office will strengthen i-fact@nalysis' presence in India and provide a local strategic platform that will enhance the company's proximity to client operations on the subcontinent.

"The opening of the Mumbai office demonstrates i-fact@nalysis' continued commitment to the Asia Pacific market and expands the company's international network of offices," said Philip Curlewis, Managing Director of the company's China operations. The Mumbai office will manage i-fact@nalysis' operations throughout India.

Mr. Wadhawan has over thirty years of military and private sector experience in India. Mr. Wadhawan served seven years with the Indian Air Force "IAF" where he received training in intelligence and investigations. After receiving an honorable discharge from the IAF, Mr. Wadhawan worked for one of India's leading risk consultancy firms prior to founding one of the country's premier investigative agencies. He has worked throughout India managing a network of 350 professional investigators, which has allowed him to develop high-level contacts in every state and union territory in the country.
