New structure, staff positions address increased global growth and demand for critical member services.
LEXINGTON, Ky., Oct. 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — The International Coach Federation (ICF) has announced a new regional staffing structure to enhance its member service offerings and support sustainable global growth for the organization and the coaching profession.

Under the new staffing model, ICF will replace its four Regional Service Centres (RSCs) with a global network of staff members responsible for supporting local ICF Chapters around the globe and ensuring a positive experience for current and prospective ICF Members and Credential-holders.
"Since ICF opened our first RSCs in 2008, ICF Membership has grown by more than 60 percent. As the global demand for coaches increases, we expect that our profession and our association will continue to grow at a rapid pace. It is important that ICF creates an infrastructure that supports that growth and provides appropriate resources for our members. The expansion of the regional support structure allows us to continue to be of great relevance to our members, right where they live and work," ICF Global CEO/Executive Director Magdalena Mook said.
Former RSC managers are transitioning into new roles as Member Experience Ambassadors and Regional Development Advocates for their respective regions.
Member Experience Ambassadors respond to membership and coach credentialing inquiries and connect individuals with appropriate resources and sources of information. They also develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement.
Regional Development Advocates engage strategically with ICF Chapters and regional groups, working closely with volunteer leadership to identify solutions to regional challenges and opportunities for sustainable growth and development.
