ICF Global's Prism Award celebrates organizations with high-impact coaching programs.
LEXINGTON, Ky., May 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — The International Coach Federation (ICF) has opened nominations for the 2016 ICF International Prism Award at Coachfederation.org/prism. The Prism Award program honors organizations with coaching initiatives that fulfill rigorous professional standards, address key strategic goals, yield discernible and measurable positive impacts, and contribute to the creation of a sustainable coaching culture.
To be eligible for a 2016 ICF International Prism Award, an organization must be nominated by a current ICF Credential-holder who has participated in the coaching program as an internal or external coach. The nomination deadline is July 15, 2016, at 5 p.m. (New York).
"In addition to reporting higher revenues and employee engagement, organizations with strong coaching cultures are able to attract and retain talent. By recognizing and celebrating strong coaching cultures, the ICF Prism Award program highlights businesses and organizations that are simultaneously results- and people-oriented and demonstrates that coaching gets results," said 2016 ICF Global Board Chair Leda Turai Petrauskiene, MCC.
The Prism Award program is an opportunity for organizations of all sizes and in all sectors to celebrate and share their successes with members of the coaching and business communities. In 2015, ICF presented an International Prism Award to Rogers Communications and awarded an honorable mention to SAP. Past Prism honorees include Banner Health, British Broadcasting Corporation, CareSource, Defense Acquisition University, IBM, JOEY Restaurant Group, NASA, Sysco Canada and United Nations Secretariat.
2016 Prism Award finalists will share their organizations' success stories during a December webinar series.
International Prism Award honorees receive customized statues commemorating their organization's achievement in coaching. Honorees are also granted permission to use the ICF Prism logo for one full year and may include this information in advertisements and other organizational communications.
