Paul explains the natural relationship between professional coaching and horsemanship in the fifth video in ICF's award-winning Credential Legacy series. The video is posted on ICF's Credential Legacy microsite at ICFCredentialLegacy.com and on YouTube.

"In this video, Paul Jackson so eloquently talks about coaching as building a relationship, focusing on communication and noticing reactions—our own and those around us. And it all is anchored in standards, competencies and professionalism," said ICF CEO/Executive Director Magdalena Mook. "The ICF Credential, as Paul says, allowed him to work with clients who would not have engaged his services otherwise. That's a strong and important endorsement."

The video series is the latest component of ICF's ongoing Credential Legacy Campaign, which spotlights testimonials and industry research illustrating the numerous personal and professional benefits associated with the pursuit and achievement of an ICF Credential. The first video, featuring ICF Professional Certified Coach Julia Mattern (USA), premiered in March 2014. The second video, featuring ICF Associate Certified Coach Janez Hudovernik (Slovenia), premiered during International Coaching Week 2014. The third and fourth videos in the series featured ICF Master Certified Coach Elena Espinal (Mexico) and Professional Certified Coach Inta Sellick (Australia), respectively.
