Those opening a K9 Fit Club location are required to attend a 3-Day Certification and Training Program at the company's National Training Institute. Modules include Veterinary Standards, Dog Obedience, and Class Practicum, allowing them to participate and teach both individual and group classes. Each class is led by a K9 Fit Club Certified Personal Trainer and a K9 Fit Club Certified Dog Trainer or Wrangler.
K9 Fit Club's programs and classes were developed by and taught by Veterinarians, Doctors, Certified Animal Behaviorists, People and Pup Personal Trainers to ensure a safe, fun and effective workout for both the dog and owner.
Classes offered at locations may include:

- Oh My Dog Bootcamp
- Intro to K9 Fit Club
- Sit and Be Fit
- Waggin' Wheelchair
- Pupilates
The expansion of K9 Fit Club includes locations in St. Louis, MO, Washington DC and Portland, OR. Other locations opening by year-end include; Boston, MA, Tampa, FL, Raleigh Durham, NC, Vancouver, Canada, Farmington, MI and San Francisco, CA.
