RIDGEVILLE, Ohio, Sept. 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — International children's charity Kids Wish Network recognized its partners for their help to send Ridgeville teenager Haley, who suffers from Lung Disease, Down Syndrome and Tracheomalacia, on an all-expenses paid vacation to fulfill her childhood dream. Kids Wish Network is a Florida-based organization dedicated to infusing hope, creating happy memories, and improving the quality of life for children having experienced life-altering situations.

Haley has Down syndrome and, at age 2, was diagnosed with lung disease. She has been hospitalized 12 times and suffered 15 bouts of pneumonia since her diagnosis. Congenital heart disease has caused 3 holes to form in her heart and despite attempts to repair the holes she will require future surgeries.
Haley asked Kid Wish Network to grant her wish to visit the many theme parks of Orlando, Florida. To bring Haley's dream to life, Kids Wish Network arranged an all-expenses paid trip for the family to enjoy VIP treatment while visiting Universal Studios, Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom.
"I've never seen Haley smile the way she did when she met Buzz Lightyear, she was so happy and excited to show him all of her toys!" said Haley's mother, Melissa Steinforth. "We had a wonderful experience and are so grateful to Kids Wish Network."
