Kristen Weardon has been a licensed Realtor in Naples Florida since 1989. Having grown up in the real estate industry, her grandfather Paul Santora was a Building Contractor in Greenwich Connecticut for 67 years, Paul Santora & Sons Masonry Company, which continues to the present day with his sons as Santora Bros. Kristen's mother, Donna Anderson, has been a licensed real estate broker since 1980. Kristen joined her firm – Donna Anderson Real Estate — in 1989, until 1998, then joining Pelican Bay Realty after her mother's retirement.
Kristen was born in Greenwich, CT. At the age of 7, her family moved to her grandparents' winter home in Naples, FL. Kristen's ties have remained strong to her family throughout New England. A mother of two children as well as a lifelong humanitarian, as Mrs. Florida, Ms. United States, Ms. USA Globe, and most recently as Mrs. Top of the World, Kristen participates in many local philanthropic projects, with a wide range of non-profit entities. Kristen is continually looking for ways in which she can encourage her local community to give to others less fortunate.
From 2007 to 2010, Kristen was the State and National spokes model for the WIN Foundation and dedicated her time both locally and nationally, educating elected officials and private enterprises on the benefits of funding abuse recovery and empowerment programs for women.
In her continued quest to help others, it was a natural transition for Kristen to become a mentor and motivational speaker.
