With over 35 years of experience, Lord Blair is one of the UK's most informed experts on strategic policing, leadership, and change management. During his tenure in the British police force, he held several key positions, including Chief Constable of the Surrey Police (1998-2000), Deputy Commissioner (2000-2005), and 24th Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police at Scotland Yard (2005-2008). In 2010, Sir Ian Blair became the Lord Blair of Boughton.
