Veteran With Over 15 Years of Development Experience Boosts Madison Realty Capital Team
NEW YORK, July 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — Madison Realty Capital (MRC), an institutionally backed real estate private equity firm focused on real estate equity and debt investments in the middle markets, has announced the hiring of Andrew Salomon as Managing Director, Commercial Development. In this position, Mr. Salomon will oversee the management and expansion of MRC's growing pipeline of real estate development projects.

About Andrew Salomon
Mr. Salomon has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate development and investment profession. Prior to joining MRC, he served as Vice President of Development and Construction at Jamestown where he was responsible for the planning and implementation of strategic value enhancement and repositioning capital improvement projects within the firm's NYC portfolio. His project work included the 300,000 SF vertical expansion of Chelsea Market and the Milk Studios Building extension, as well as work on other key projects including One Times Square and 325 Hudson. Andrew has also held positions with Madison Equities, Massey Knakal, and The Athena Group throughout his career and has served as Principal at Fayer Capital since 2009.
He holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Masters, Real Estate Development, from Columbia University.
