This exclusive offering is the result of experimentation and seed development. While other wholesalers may claim to be the source of the Purple Snow Pea, MCL Fresh is the grower and distributor of the product.
Purple Snow Peas are available in 5 lb. & 10 lb. cases, along with 8 oz. bags under the MCL Fresh 4-Earth(TM) label.
Similar in size and shape to the traditional Snow Pea, Purple Snow Peas are colorful and boast varying shades of eggplant-colored tones. Purple Snow Peas will add color and excitement to stir-fry or other recipes and can be used as a flavorful side dish. This is an excellent item to add color to any menu, plate, main dish or in store display.
