Shellye Archambeau, CEO of MetricStream, to deliver a keynote address on balancing risk, pursuing opportunity, and achieving resilience

Following her keynote speech, Ms. Archambeau will participate in a Mastermind Interview led by Dave Waldo, Mutual of Enumclaw Insurance Company Board of Trustees member.
The Pacific Northwest Enterprise Risk Forum (ERF) is a one-day summit focused on addressing the needs and interests of audit, finance, and risk professionals. The theme for this year's event is "Building Resiliency in the Face of Global Volatility" and event speakers and sessions will address topics including governance, risk, compliance and ethics, with the overall goal of elevating the importance of these proactive conversations within our organizations.
The event will provide an excellent opportunity for attendees to network and learn best practices around managing risk in a more collaborative manner, as well as strategies to drive better business performance in an ever-changing global environment.
Shellye Archambeau, Chief Executive Officer at MetricStream, will deliver a keynote speech at the event on Thursday between 12:00-12:30 pm. During her keynote speech, Ms. Archambeau will share her thoughts on one of her favorite topics – Risk. She will highlight how GRC is enabling organizations to preserve the integrity of their organizations, protect their brands and reputations, and provide the risk and regulatory intelligence needed to achieve exceptional business performance. Ms. Archambeau will conclude her speech by sharing some of the key characteristics of resilient organizations, and will make a call to action to the business leaders in the room who are tasked with the important job of leading their organizations in their journey to become better governed, more risk-aware, and compliant.
Following her keynote speech, Ms. Archambeau will participate in a Mastermind Interview from 12:30-1:00 pm moderated by Dave Waldo, Mutual of Enumclaw Insurance Company Board of Trustees member. During the Mastermind Interview, Ms. Archambeau and Mr. Waldo will explore the tenets of a strong corporate culture, how to harness the insights from big data, and best practices for presenting to the board of directors and discussing risk in the boardroom.
