A Partnership Enhancing National Healthcare and Public Health Cybersecurity

KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, Fla., Oct. 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — The National Health Information Sharing and Analysis Center (NH-ISAC) and Lockheed Martin today announced the availability of the National Healthcare and Public Health (HPH) Threat Information Sharing Portal (TISP), a core component of the National Healthcare and Public Health Cybersecurity Response System. TISP provides healthcare critical infrastructure owners and operators with global cyber and all-hazards threat and vulnerability intelligence to protect the infrastructures that patients, care providers and healthcare systems depend upon daily.

Strengthening the resilience of the nation's mission-critical healthcare and public health critical infrastructure, the NH-ISAC National HPH Threat Information Sharing System delivers advanced real-time sector and cross-sector situational awareness two-way information-sharing capabilities, actionable intelligence, and countermeasure solutions to effectively identify and mitigate cyber threats, vulnerabilities and attacks.
