Nominations Open for International Coach Federation's 2015 International Prism Award

ICF Global's Prism Award honors outstanding organizational coaching initiatives.

LEXINGTON, Ky., May 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — The International Coach Federation (ICF) has opened nominations for the 2015 ICF International Prism Award at Coachfederation.org/prism. The Prism Award honors organizational coaching initiatives that fulfill rigorous professional standards, address key strategic goals, yield discernible and measurable positive impacts, and contribute to the creation of a sustainable coaching culture.

To be eligible for a 2015 ICF International Prism Award, an organization must be nominated by a current ICF Credential-holder who has participated in the coaching initiative as an internal or external coach. The nomination deadline is July 30, 2015, at 5 p.m. (New York).

2015 marks the 10th anniversary of the International Prism Award. In 2014, ICF presented an International Prism Award to J.K. Organisation (India) and awarded an honorable mention to CareSource (USA). Past Prism honorees include Banner Health, BC Housing, British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), Defense Acquisition University, Genentech, IBM, JOEY Restaurant Group, NASA, Sysco Canada, TINE Group and United Nations Secretariat.

"Since its adoption in 2005, the ICF International Prism Award has become the gold standard for recognizing successful organizational coaching initiatives around the world," 2015 ICF Global Board Chair Dave Wondra, PCC, said. "Prism-recognized organizations represent the best of the best in the world of organizational coaching."

The Prism Award program is an opportunity for organizations of all sizes and in all sectors to celebrate and share their successes with members of the coaching and business communities. Through the nomination process, practitioners and organizations are able to deepen their commitment to coaching and articulate their definition of success.

2015 International Prism Award honorees will share their organizations' success stories during a November 2015 panel discussion at the Human Capital Institute's Global Talent Management Forum.

International Prism Award honorees receive customized statues commemorating their organization's achievement in coaching. Honorees are also granted permission to use the ICF Prism logo for one full year and may include this information in advertisements and other organizational communications.
