Expert recruiter Paul Sharp to lead nationwide staffing campaign as part of Platinum's overall growth strategy

As Director of Recruitment, Paul will be responsible for managing a multi-level nationwide staffing campaign. This effort will help stabilize staffing ratios throughout the organization as a whole and within individual sales offices.

Paul has worked as an independent human resources and recruiting consultant for several years prior to joining Platinum. Among his many clients, his most notable include: Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and Presby's Inspired Life.
Paul has successfully recruited and maintained staffs in order to ensure maximum productivity and profitability. He has a history of effectively generating large volumes of direct applications to specific positions in a short period of time and doing so under specified budgets.
