Jerry, who has been with the company since 2002, will be responsible for the leadership and oversight of PowerPhone's senior management team and executing the company's strategic initiatives.
He is the co-inventor of Computer Aided Call Handling and Incident Linked Multimedia and holds several U.S. patents. Under his recent direction, PowerPhone has become a leading provider of online training services for public safety telecommunicators and is influencing training standards across the country. In addition, the company's Total Response integrated call-handling solution continues to expand, strengthening PowerPhone's position in the industry.
