Quotium F5 Partnership

"Today, organizations have to keep up with growing market needs by delivering software quickly and efficiently. To protect these applications in fast-paced environments, application security must be agile, continuous and automated," said Ofer Maor, CTO of Quotium. "Our customers value our commitment to the continuous testing and delivery of secure software code throughout its lifecycle. Aligning our technology with F5 solutions will enhance our ability to identify and address potential software vulnerabilities. Partnering with F5 provides us with the opportunity and resources to further develop our compelling value proposition for joint customers."

Quotium's Seeker provides very high accuracy in vulnerability detection during the software building and testing process. Its unique approach ties vulnerable code to business impacts and exploitation, providing a clear explanation of risks. Seeker integrates seamlessly with Agile tools and workflows, allowing all stakeholders to work together towards the common goal of "hacker-proof" software.

With Quotium Seeker and F5 BIG-IP® Application Security Manager™ (ASM™) interoperability, customers can now implement a "virtual patch" to effectively mitigate detected vulnerabilities directly in production. Through the TAP partnership, F5 promotes interoperability and continued innovation with Quotium, and provides a framework for ongoing collaboration.

"Quotium's emphasis on agile development is a good fit with F5's approach to programmable application delivery," said Ron Carovano, Manager, Business Development at F5 Networks. "Security is a key topic throughout an application's development and production lifecycle, and technology alliances help extend how IT resources are safeguarded through joint deployments and beneficial product adjacencies. With today's announcement, mutual customers can be confident of interoperability and optimized performance when using Quotium and F5 solutions together."
