Content includes real estate-related images and articles chosen by the Real Estate Agent Directory's social media experts. Agents can choose which days their content will be posted and whether they would like it posted to their business page, personal profile or both. According to N-Play, content is pushed out daily during Facebook's prime newsfeed hours. Page Engage incorporates hashtags in its posts, allowing agents to be found in Facebook's open graph search.

N-Play reports agents using Page Engage are seeing substantial increases in likes and leads generated on Facebook. "Page Engage is opening doors for agents to connect with clients. Within the homebuyer and seller sphere, social actions such as likes, shares, and comments translate to genuine lead opportunities," said Mark Bloomfield, CEO of N-Play. "By engaging their audience, agents are establishing deeper relationships, extending their message to more potential clients and driving traffic to their page. Page Engage helps agents to establish themselves as socially savvy, real estate leaders in their market," Bloomfield said.

N-Play plans to enhance its Page Engage service in the near future with listing posts. Agents who have added listings through IDX Home Search will be able to have their listings auto-posted to their Facebook page.

READ Page Engage is part of N-Play's suite of social media real estate apps for agents and consumers. The company's flagship Facebook app, the Real Estate Agent Directory, helps agents market their services and socially enhance their business.
