Real Integrated Technology Reveals Highly Anticipated CSI v2.0, Boosting Commercial Mortgage Servicing

CHICAGO, Oct. 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Chicago based, Real Integrated Technology LLC, announced today the launch of their highly anticipated Commercial Site Inspector v2.0 update.   The mobile technology solutions provider focuses on increasing efficiency in the commercial real estate industry and continues that push with the added features of CSI 2.0.

Founded in 2010 by CEO Mark Chrisman, Real Integrated Technology has worked to introduce new and mobile technologies to the antiquated processes of the commercial real estate industry.  Mr. Chrisman remarks, "To this point the product and its features were designed by our team. Going forward though, market needs and our client advisory panel will dictate the direction of our product."  He adds, "CSI 2.0 is really just that next step in our continual enhancement."

"The nature of our business," Mr. Chrisman continues, "requires us to think with two distinct users in mind – the lender and the site inspector.  This version's expanded features capture the needs of both." Such enhancements in v2.0 include: fully integrated MBA forms, more intuitive interface outlay, updated camera features, site mapping, extended reviewing capabilities, and bulk file transfer.

This is not the first technology to address servicing in the commercial real estate industry.  "There are plenty of platforms that lenders can use to house property inspections," Mr. Chrisman noted. "But, this is the first that allows a Lender to push those directly to a correspondent or vendor. Then have them inspect, review, and sync back to the lender all on the same platform." And it is that unique ability the company continues to refine.

It certainly seems the company has hit on a particularly novel idea.  The announcement today comes on the heels of a partnership with StanCorp Mortgage Investors, LLC (SMI).   Also, just last month the company was nominated as a finalist in the "Harnessing Mobile Technology" category for the 14th annual Mortgage Technology awards hosted by National Mortgage News.

"We are certainly proud to have our names associated with StanCorp while being recognized for our achievements in the industry," Mr. Chrisman beamed. But he adds, "Now is the time to focus that momentum into utilizing technology for our clients."
