Regent University Professional and Continuing Education Continues its Global Expansion with Destiny One

Regent University partners with Destiny Solutions to implement enterprise software

TORONTO, May 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — Regent University Professional and Continuing Education is increasing growth and enhancing offerings by partnering with Destiny Solutions to implement its enterprise software system, Destiny One.  The Destiny One system will empower Regent to rapidly expand its Professional and Continuing Education division globally by providing staff with tools that let them to focus on engaging students and corporate partners, both locally and internationally.

Destiny One makes it possible for Regent staff to save time by using collaborative workflows and automated business processes, while simultaneously allowing them to get a better picture of student needs through profile development, record management and data reporting.  Furthermore, a best practice inquiry management process as well as self-service student and corporate portals mean that all students and corporate partners around the world will receive the same high level of service.

In addition, Destiny One will accelerate the time it takes to bring new programs to the market by automating the creation, approval and publishing of the new curricula.  It will also help the school easily segment and engage with existing or potential students in order to ease recruitment efforts for new certificates, seminars, institutes and licensure workshops.
