In this role, Benecke will oversee the company's finance, accounting and operations functions, while also leading Relayware's strategic business planning, M&A activities, IP protection and organizational performance.

Benecke brings 17 years of financial experience, including nearly a decade of experience working for high-growth, VC-backed businesses in the high tech industry, including medical technology sectors. Prior to Relayware, Benecke was CFO for:
- Business Logic Systems, a marketing automation company serving international telcos
- Cellnovo, where he successfully raised $50 million of venture capital
- ApaTech, where he was honored by M&A Magazine for the company's growth and $330 million exit event.
Benecke has also held senior financial roles at several multi-national corporations, including Emerson Electric and Abbott Laboratories. His deep strategic financial planning experience enabled these companies to accelerate their market position.
